We are always deeply humbled by the trust that families place in us, and grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside parents during their Rainbow pregnancy journey.
A Rainbow pregnancy — the hope that follows the storm of loss — can bring a unique blend of emotions: joy, longing, fear, and uncertainty.
Within our support sessions, we create a safe, understanding space where these feelings can be acknowledged and held with care.
What do our sessions look like
Together, we gently explore and challenge the natural anxieties that can arise after loss. We make room for the words that are often hard to say out loud but carry a weight too heavy to hold alone. In this space, parents are supported, heard, and given permission to release what is on their hearts without judgment.
Our support continues
This level of intimate, compassionate support has been embraced by many of the parents we work with, and we are honoured to see them continuing their journey with us through our dedicated Rainbow Baby Groups.
These groups, held every two weeks across Middlesbrough, Redcar, and Cleveland Family Hubs, offer a welcoming community where families can connect, share, and celebrate their babies while knowing they are among those who truly understand.
Our hope is that no parent walks this journey feeling isolated, and that through our support and groups, every family can feel surrounded by care, empathy, and gentle encouragement as they navigate the complexities of pregnancy after loss.

Being Present in the Community
Our mentors are a visible presence across Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland — in hospitals, neonatal and maternity services, and within family hubs. We are also building connections with funeral homes, community spaces, local cafés, libraries, and other services, so that more families know we are here when they need us.
